Educational/Clinical​

Our supervisors teach therapeutic skills and help the clinician develop self-awareness to better the therapeutic interactions with clients. Administrative – Consult about the agency/organization’s policy and public accountability objectives are transformed into tasks to be accomplished by the clinician.

The supervisor guides the clinician in finding ways to decrease job-related stress to improve job performance.
