Gabriel Garza Sada, Ph.D

Psychologist

Dr. Gabriel Garza Sada has been practicing in the mental health field, conducting therapy and psychological testing with children, adolescents, and adults since 2012. He attended Williams College for his undergraduate studies and received his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. During his training, Dr. Garza has worked in a university counseling center, the outpatient and inpatient branches of hospitals, and middle and high school settings. Dr. Garza most enjoys helping clients better understand
themselves, their strengths and struggles, using the tools of psychological testing, and offering recommendations for how they can address challenges and better advocate for themselves in work or school settings. Dr. Garza’s therapy work emphasizes cognitive-behavioral problem-solving through a multicultural and feminist perspective.

Candice N. Aston Picture

Candice N. Aston, Ph.D

Psychologist

Dr. Candice Aston is a licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist (NCSP) with years of experience working with children and adolescents navigating various educational challenges. She received her Doctoral degree in 2017 from Duquesne University in School Psychology. Dr. Aston also has previous experience as a school-based practitioner and has worked with various Maryland school systems conducting psychoeducational evaluations. She is also a faculty member in the psychology department at Towson University with research specializing in culturally relevant assessment and intervention techniques for diverse populations. Regarding assessment experience, Dr. Aston has extensive knowledge and experience administering various assessment batteries and determining how to best meet the learning needs of students.

Lauren Spencer1

Lauren Spencer-Harris, M.Ed.

Lauren is an MSDE Certified Teacher and an Educational Advocate. She is a twenty-year veteran of the classroom, working in both the private and public school systems. Lauren holds her MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University. She has taught English and Reading throughout her career and has extensive experience working with students with unique needs within and out of the classroom. Her passion is helping others navigate the school system procedures to ensure each child’s needs are met in the school.
